Perforated aluminium screens are substituted for the stainless-steel mesh used in our SecureView range. As a result, Xceed Security Doors and Security Screens are a more affordable alternative to our premium product range. We retain the most modern adhesive techniques, quality locks and hinges to ensure strength is not unduly compromised.

Xceed infill is made from the finest aluminium sheets that have been perforated with 2.2mm holes at 2mm centres to allow airflow. The fact that there are no dissimilar metals involved ensures that any chance of corrosion is all but eliminated. The flat surface of the perforated sheet allows for easy cleaning and is perfect for Australian conditions allowing you to secure your home without losing the luxury of open of space.

The acrylic chemistry of the 3M VHB adhesive delivers exceptional durability while its viscoelasticity provides superior energy absorbing properties that help to eliminate stress points. The flat sheet of the Xceed aluminium infill provides a perfect surface for the bonding of the 3M VHB tape.

As an available option Xceed hinged doors manufactured by our supplier are available with Austral integrated three-point locking system. Determining the correct place for, and using the correct gauge and size of fixing screws testing proves that installation is the determining factor.

Our unique two-part wedge system has been designed to create the precise pressure required to activate the 3M VHB adhesive to its full potential. Both wedges are made from UV stabilised PVC to yield superior durability over time. Unlike screw-clamp or riveted systems, Xceed uses innovative technology that provides clear spacing between the aluminium sheet and the aluminium frame in order to eliminate the opportunity for galvanic corrosion, which occurs when dissimilar metals contact.
